The contracting authority intends to purchase low-floor city buses for its public transport fleet. The buses must meet the following specifications:

- Length: 12 meters

- Width: 2.5 meters

- Height: 3.0 meters

- Maximum capacity: 90 passengers

- Fuel type: Diesel or electric

- Compliance with EU emission standards

- Accessibility features for passengers with disabilities

- Modern safety features, including airbags and anti-lock braking system (ABS)
