The Inviting Authority, pursuant to Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, reserves the right, in the course of implementing the DBR, to determine the possibilities for submitting partial tenders in the tender invitation sent simultaneously with the invitation to tender, which may be related to the specific procurement needs set out therein – depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific procurements. The Inviting Authority, pursuant to Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, simultaneously with the sending of the invitation(s) to tender, provides a detailed technical description (quantity, characteristics, etc.) for the specific procurements to be carried out in the DBR. The Inviting Authority determines general contractual terms, which must be interpreted together with the specific contracts concluded as a result of the procedures according to the invitations to tender.
