Lenkija – Gazolis – Przedmiotem zamówienia są „Sukcesywne dostawy oleju napędowego w ilości maksymalnej 1980 m3 w okresie 36 miesięcy. Minimalna ilość oleju napędowego, który Zamawiający będzie zobowiązany odebrać wynosi 1480m3.

5.1. Užsakymo objektas – „Sequential delivery of 1980 m3 of diesel fuel for diesel engines with compression ignition, used in municipal buses, for a period of 36 months from 01.12.2026 or from the date of signing the contract, if it occurs after 01.12.2026. The minimum amount of diesel fuel that the Buyer will be obliged to accept is 1480 m3. 5.2. The maximum quantity of diesel fuel ordered by the Buyer is taken into account for calculating the offer price. The Buyer does not plan to purchase diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties during the contract period. 5.3. Detailed description of the subject of the order: The offered diesel fuel must meet the conditions specified in: • standard PN-EN 590:2026-01 for diesel fuel • Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Dz. U. poz. 1018) In case of discrepancies between the requirements specified in standard PN-EN 590:2026-01 and the current Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Dz. U. poz. 1018) regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels, the regulation has precedence. If, during the period between the submission of the offer by the Contractor in the procedure for awarding this order and the implementation of the contract (concluded as a result of its resolution), there is a change in the legal provisions regarding the conditions and quality requirements of diesel fuel, the Contractor will be obliged to implement the subject of the order taking into account these changes. The offered diesel fuel must be microbiologically clean and resistant to possible biological contamination in tanks and fuel stations throughout the year. Sampling and their storage, for the purpose of conducting laboratory tests verifying the compliance of the supplied products with the parameters given in the offer, will be in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 12 February 2026 on the method of sampling liquid fuels and liquid biofuels (Dz.U. 2026 Nr 217, poz.). The quantity of deliveries and invoicing will be carried out at the reference temperature (15°C). Both the tanks and the measuring devices of the Buyer have and will have valid legalizations during the implementation of the order.
