Vokietija – Pastatų elektros instaliacijos ir mechaninės įrangos inžinerinio projektavimo paslaugos – Neubau 6-gruppige Kindertagesstätte am Volksfestplatz in Germering - Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung (ELT)

1940 m. dešimtmečiu naudota kaip žvyro ir šiukšlių duobė, nuo 1950 m. iki 2016 m. buvo rengiamas žmonių šventė, kuriems ir buvo pavadintas. Asfaltuota teritorija buvo panaudota kaip parkavimo aikštelė ir savaitinis turgus. Siekdamas optimizuoti planavimą, užsakovoje buvo vykdomas realizacijos konkursas su miesto planavimo idėjomis: realizacijos dalis apėmė ateityje vis dar viešąsias laisvasias teritorijas, vakarinėje Volksfestplatz dalyje su atraktyviomis žaliomis struktūromis ir rytinėje dalyje su įrengtais paviršiais prekybai. Idėjų dalis apėmė miesto planavimą ir sklypų ribas 6 grupėms kitos Kita, kuri yra su esama Kita „Kleiner Muck“ vakarinėje Volksfestplatz pusėje. Pagal konkursą buvo parengtas Bebauungsplan IG 12.2, kuris apėmė vakarinę aikštę ir naują bei esamą Kita. 1. vietos konkurso dalyvis (NMM [Nicole M. Meier] LandschaftsArchitektur, München su von Angerer Architekten und Stadplaner GbR, München), kuris jau buvo užsakytas planavimo realizacijos daliai, bei Bebauungsplan yra prieinami pranešime. _____ Užsakymo dalis yra 6 grupės Kita su bruto plotu (BGF) apie 1 130 m². Nauja Kita, kaip ir esama, turi būti prieinama per „Zum kleinen Muck“ gatvę ir turi stebtbaulich adäquat supplement the existing. The buildings should promise economically justifiable production costs through construction and material selection and ensure low maintenance in the long term, particularly through the use of durable and low-maintenance materials, robust building services and low energy consumption. In addition, special attention should be paid to the planning of a sustainable building: future-oriented design concepts are expected, which, with the lowest possible use of energy and resources, achieve the highest possible overall economy, comfort and architectural quality. The aim is a construction method that handles raw materials and energy sparingly and reduces environmental impact to the lowest possible level. The day care centre is to be built in timber construction, also with the aim of shortening construction times.
