The necessity and opportunity of the investment objective ,,Rehabilitation and modernization of the county road section DJ 108 J, km 7+522 – km 16+295, L=8,743 km” was identified as a result of traffic jams in the area, on a road section that ensures the connection between the communes Curățele – Budureasa and the commune Bulz, contributing to the improvement of road connectivity in the mountainous area of Bihor County, it is necessary to take measures to improve road traffic safety conditions and improve travel comfort while at the same time managing the reduction of pollutant emissions and the negative impact on the environment. For the implementation of the project, it is necessary to carry out a Feasibility Study + DTAC + PT + Technical Assistance from the designer, which will ensure a high degree of confidence in the viability of the optimal solution recommended. The Contracting Authority has established that the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, is 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
