**Description:** The European Commission is seeking to acquire, deliver, install and commission 10 maritime containers, each with a volume of 40 cubic metres, adapted for use as a temporary school canteen. The containers must be delivered to Brussels, Belgium, by 31 December 2023. The containers must be equipped with the following features:

- Kitchen equipment (stoves, ovens, refrigerators, etc.)

- Dining tables and chairs for 50 people

- Heating and ventilation systems

- Electrical installations

- Plumbing installations (sinks, water heaters, etc.)

- Fire safety equipment

- Accessibility features for people with disabilities

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer offering the best value for money, taking into account the price, the technical merit of the offer, and the tenderer's ability to deliver the containers on time. The contract will be governed by the general conditions of the European Commission's public procurement contracts.
