**Description of the procurement:**

The Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy intends to acquire a second-hand and/or retrofitted hydrogen-powered heavy-duty vehicle, specifically a road tractor. The vehicle must meet the following criteria:

1. **Vehicle Type:** Road tractor

2. **Fuel Type:** Hydrogen

3. **Condition:** Second-hand and/or retrofitted

4. **Emissions Standards:** Euro VI or equivalent

5. **Payload Capacity:** Minimum 24 tonnes

6. **Trailer Compatibility:** Compatible with standard European trailers

7. **Safety Features:** Advanced safety features including ABS, EBS, and stability control

8. **Maintenance History:** Complete maintenance records and service history

9. **Warranty:** Minimum 12-month warranty on all components

10. **Delivery:** Delivery to be completed within 6 months from the date of contract award

**Budget:** €250,000 (exclusive of VAT)

**Procurement Procedure:** Open procedure

**Award Criteria:** The contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the best value for money, based on the following criteria:

1. **Price:** 60%

2. **Technical Specifications:** 30%

3. **Maintenance and Support Services:** 10%
