The European Investment Bank (EIB) is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of recruitment selection tools and assessment centres for the EIB Group. The EIB Group comprises the European Investment Bank (EIB), the European Investment Fund (EIF) and the European Investment Fund (EIF) Group.

The purpose of this framework agreement is to ensure the provision of high-quality, cost-effective and efficient recruitment selection tools and assessment centres for the EIB Group. The framework agreement will cover a wide range of services, including but not limited to:

- Design and development of assessment tools and exercises

- Administration and scoring of assessments

- Provision of assessment centres

- Training and development of assessors

- Reporting and analysis of assessment results

- Consultancy services related to recruitment and assessment processes

The framework agreement will be established for a period of 48 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 24 months. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is EUR 3 000 000, excluding VAT.

The EIB Group expects to publish a call for tenders in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) in the fourth quarter of 2023. Interested suppliers are invited to regularly check the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) website for the publication of the call for tenders.
