The Energies Agency is seeking to award a contract for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heat pumps and cooling systems in public buildings. The contract will cover the supply and installation of new equipment, as well as the maintenance and repair of existing systems. The contract will be divided into lots, with each lot corresponding to a specific geographical area or type of building.

**Lots:**

Lot 1: Installation, maintenance, and repair of heat pumps in public buildings in the northern region.

Lot 2: Installation, maintenance, and repair of cooling systems in public buildings in the southern region.

Lot 3: Installation, maintenance, and repair of heat pumps and cooling systems in public buildings in the central region.
