Vokietija – Inžinerijos paslaugos – Pfalzgrafenweiler - Anschluss der KA Edelweiler an die KA Vörbach

Planuojama atstatyti Edelweilerio švariavimo įrenginį iki mechaninės stadijos ir nutekančius nuotekus su 42 m³/h lietaus kiekio per slėginį vamzdį perkaisti į Vörbacho švariavimo įrenginio ZVA Oberes Waldachtal baseino teritoriją. Planavimo paslaugos apima Edelweilerio švariavimo įrenginio atstatymą, palaikant mechaninės stadijos veiklą, bei trasos planavimą ir statybą, įskaitant pumpavimo stotį. Taip pat turi būti patikrintos ir, jei reikia, pritaikytos perėjimo per miestų kanalizacijas ir surinkimo vamzdžius. Pumpavimo stoties projektavimo metu turi būti ištyrintos įvairios galimybės, įskaitant redundanciją. Planavimo paslaugų metu turi būti patikrinta, ar galima naudoti fotovoltaikinę įrangą pumpavimo stotims maitinti. Be to, turi būti pateikta lėšų prašymo struktūrinėmis priemonėmis švariavimo įrenginio atstatymo.

The European Union's (EU) public procurement rules are designed to open up public procurement to competition, ensuring that public contracts are awarded to the most economically advantageous tender, while also providing value for money, transparency, and equal treatment of all tenderers. The EU public procurement rules apply to all public contracts above certain thresholds. These thresholds are set out in the EU Public Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU. The thresholds for 2023 are as follows:

- For supply and service contracts: EUR 145,000

- For works contracts: EUR 5,382,000

These thresholds are exclusive of VAT. Contracts below these thresholds are subject to national procurement rules. However, EU public procurement rules also apply to certain contracts below these thresholds, such as those that are divided into lots, or those that are awarded to a single supplier.
