Munich Trade Centers (MGH) procures cleaning services (maintenance and glass cleaning) for their trade centers in three lots:

• Trade Center Westend, Gollierstr. 70, 80339 Munich

• Trade Center Ostbahnhof, Haager Str. 5-11, 81671 Munich, as well as Friedensstr. 18 and 18a, 81671 Munich

• Creative and Cultural Spaces (KKF):

Creative Laboratory: Dachauer Str. 110a-116a, 80636 Munich, as well as Schwere-Reiter-Str. 2a-i and 2n, 80636 Munich

Creative Field: Frei-Otto-Str. 4-28, 80797 Munich

The contract will be concluded for a period of 48 months; the term begins on 01.01.2027, 00:00, and ends on 31.12.2030, 24:00, without the need for termination. The contracting authority has the unilateral right to extend the contract for an additional year. The contracting authority shall notify in writing three months before the end of the contract if it wishes to exercise its option. A detailed description of the subject matter of the services (size, use and location of the rooms, floor coverings and the cycle of cleaning) can be found in the calculation files of the individual lots. Inspection of the object before submitting a tender is mandatory. Confirmation from MGH must be submitted with the submission of the tender(s).
