**Renouvellement des contrats d'exploitation des installations thermiques incluant le chauffage, l'eau chaude, la ventilation et la climatisation des bâtiments**

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Translation, Luxembourg, intends to renew the contracts for the operation of thermal installations, including heating, hot water, ventilation and air conditioning in the buildings.

The current contracts are due to expire on 31 December 2023. The renewal of these contracts will ensure the continuity of services and the maintenance of the buildings' thermal installations.

The new contracts will cover a period of 48 months, from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2027. The estimated total value of the contracts is EUR 5 000 000,00 (exclusive of VAT).

The contracts will be awarded to economic operators who demonstrate the necessary technical and professional skills, as well as the financial capacity to carry out the services. The award criteria will include the price offered, the quality of the services, and the technical and professional skills of the tenderers.

Tenderers must submit their offers in English, French or German. The offers must be submitted electronically via the eTendering platform (https://etendering.ted.europa.eu/cft/).
