**Description of the Contract:**

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture, Unit A1 - Creative Europe, is organising a two-day event called "Architecture Days – Cultural Market" on 8 and 9 October 2026. The event will take place in Brussels, Belgium, and will be open to the public. The event aims to promote European architecture and cultural heritage, and to foster dialogue and exchange between architects, cultural professionals, and the general public. The event will include a variety of activities, such as exhibitions, workshops, lectures, and guided tours.

The event will be organised in collaboration with local and international partners, including architecture schools, cultural institutions, and professional associations. The event will also feature a market area where European architects and cultural professionals can showcase their work and network with potential clients and partners.

The European Commission is seeking to conclude a framework agreement with one or more economic operators for the provision of services related to the organisation of the event. The services to be provided include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Event planning and coordination

- Venue selection and management

- Technical support and equipment rental

- Catering services

- Promotion and communication

- Registration and accreditation

- On-site management and support

The estimated value of the contract is EUR 200 000, excluding VAT.

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 15.00 (Brussels local time) on 2024-02-29.

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who offers the best value for money, taking into account the quality of the services to be provided, the price offered, and the economic and financial capacity of the tenderer.

The contract will be governed by the rules and regulations of the European Union, in particular the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Union, and the rules on public procurement.

The contract will be concluded for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 12 months, subject to the satisfaction of the European Commission with the performance of the contractor.

The European Commission reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, to cancel the procurement procedure, or to modify the terms and conditions of the contract at any time.
