Jelenis public procurement procedure aims to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter: DBR) in accordance with the provisions of Sections 106-107, the purpose of which is to order the following agricultural services for Hortobágyi Természetvédelmi és Génmegőrző Nonprofit Kft. in the following categories:

1. part (category): Manure transportation, storage

2. part (category): Harvesting with a combine

3. part (category): Meadow haymaking (mowing, mowing, rolling, baling, transporting to the site, raking)

4. part (category): Haymaking, transporting, raking

5. part (category): Sowing

The Invitation to Tender, pursuant to Section 107 (2) of the Act, reserves the right to determine the possibilities for submitting partial tenders in the invitation to tender sent simultaneously with the implementation of the DBR, regarding the specific procurement needs set out therein – depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific procurements.

The Invitation to Tender, pursuant to Section 107 (2) of the Act, simultaneously with the sending of the invitation(s) to tender, provides a detailed technical description (quantity, characteristics, etc.) for the specific procurements to be implemented in the DBR.

The Invitation to Tender sets out general contractual terms, which are to be interpreted together with the contracts concluded as a result of the procedures according to the invitations to tender.
