Trondheim municipality, hereafter referred to as the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a contract for Strøm - Physical delivery and financial management to the Contracting Authority's units. Trondheim municipality needs a new framework agreement for electricity, which includes physical delivery of electricity to the municipality's entities, optimisation of concession power sales and financial management of future contracts. The delivery mainly includes the following areas:
Physical delivery of electricity
Management and optimisation of concession power
Implementation of price assurance strategy and management of financial contracts
Overview and forecasts for price development in the spot and forward market for electricity, as well as important input factors for production such as water, wind, coal and gas
Billing services and site administration
Consultancy and installation of the environment and efficiency management measures
General consulting
Reporting
