Priekšmets public procurement is the supply of permanent archival media (LTO tapes of WORM type) including: - installation, - transfer of documents specified in the mandatory contract draft, - provision of warranty service and technical support in accordance with the conditions specified in the mandatory contract draft, - provision of all cooperation to the buyer in fulfilling the obligations arising from the buyer's Act No. 264/2025 Coll. on cyber security, to introduce and implement security measures to the extent necessary to ensure cyber security (i.e. in particular, to verify the security of the supply chain of the seller, to obtain information about suppliers, to record the information obtained and to report incidents to the National Cyber and Information Security Office).
