Die gematik betreibt seit dem Jahr 2023 ein auf der Open-Source-Lösung SuiteCRM basierendes Customer-Relationship-Management-System (CRM), kas īpaši ir pielāgots gematik specifiskajiem un tehniskajiem prasībām. Šis sistēma ir kļuvusi par centrālo komponenti lietotņu vidē un kalpo organizācijas līmenī ārējiem kontaktiem un organizācijām. Identitātes dati, kas tiek pārvaldīti CRM, jau tagad tiek izmantoti dažādās speciālistu lietotnēs un tiek nepārtraukti paplašināti. Konkrēti, datu ievade un uzturēšana notiek pār CRM, savienojot to ar reģistrācijas platformu myServices. The gematik operates a Customer-Relationship-Management-System (CRM) based on the Open-Source solution SuiteCRM since 2023, which has been specifically adapted to the professional and technical requirements of the gematik. This system has established itself as a central component of the application landscape and serves for the organisation-wide management of external contacts and organisations. The identity data managed in the CRM are already being used by various specialist applications and are continuously being expanded. In particular, data capture and maintenance is carried out via the CRM in conjunction with the registration platform myServices. In addition, there is a continuous need to integrate further systems and to use the central identity data in additional business processes, for example, in the environment of ERP systems or a future licence management.
