Norway – Public relations services – 2026/28: Framework agreement communication services
Apraksts
Patentstyret, hereafter called the contracting authority, intends to enter into a framework agreement for communication services, i.a. for strategic consultancy, branding, PR and advertising. Tenderers shall contribute in both the long-term strategy work and the ongoing communication work, and ensure uniform and targeted communication across channels and initiatives. Based on previous years' procurements, the Contracting Authority, without obligations, estimates a value of approx. NOK 6,000,000 during the agreement period, including options. This constitutes the maximum consumption in the framework agreement. The standard contract that is used is SSA-R. See Annex 1 for a more detailed account of what is included in the contract.
