The Client seeks the execution of the Works described below. Lot 1. Construction of Overpass (Transport Interchange) over Т-18-01 Rivne - Zdolbuniv - Mizoch - Dubno Road at km 49+590, Rivne region; Lot 2. Construction of Multi-level Transport Interchange at the Junction of Roads M-06 Kyiv-Chop km 372+400 and M-19 Domanove (towards Brest) - Kovel - Chernivtsi - Terebleche (towards Bucharest), Rivne region. The objective of the Project is to enhance transport and operational conditions of the road and the new interchange and overpass will allow vehicles from Kyiv and Lutsk to go to Ternopil and Chernivtsi, bypassing Dubno. At km 372+400, the M-06 Kyiv - Chop highway is adjacent to the M-19 Domanove - Kovel - Chernivtsi - Terebleche highway, which runs through Volyn, Rivne, Ternopil and Chernivtsi regions, as well as through the central main streets of Dubno. On the territory of Ukraine, the highway is part of the European motorway route E85. This highway is an important part of the road network of Ukraine, connecting industrial and administrative centers, crossing a number of roads of national and local importance, providing access to Belarus and Poland through the Domanove checkpoint and to Romania and European countries through the Terebleche checkpoint.
