Finnország – Szoftvercsomag és információs rendszerek – VR Group: Sumo Logic License Procurement

VR-Group Plc (hereinafter also “VR” or the “Contracting Authority”) initiates this procurement to ensure continued access to the Sumo Logic cloud-based log monitoring and analytics platform used across VR Group’s operations. VR Group consists of approximately 15 legal entities operating in Finland, Sweden and Latvia, employing more than 9,100 people. The Sumo Logic solution is currently widely used within VR, particularly in critical application environments, including sales channel systems, and plays a central role in monitoring, analyzing and managing system logs, supporting operational reliability, incident management and performance optimization. The procurement covers the provision of Sumo Logic subscription licenses and related license management services for the Contracting Authority. The licenses are based on a consumption-based credit model, where usage is determined primarily by data ingestion and data storage volumes. The licenses will be delivered into the Contracting Authority’s existing Sumo Logic environment without any migration, reconfiguration or replacement of the current system. A more detailed description of the procurement is provided in "Annex 1. Description of the Procurement". The procurement is targeted at authorized Sumo Logic resellers operating within the European market. The selected supplier shall enable procurement, invoicing and renewal of the licenses via AWS Marketplace in a manner compatible with VR’s AWS Enterprise Discount Program (EDP), and shall provide commercial and license-related support. The agreement will be used to procure subscription licenses and additional credits as required during the contract period. The scope and actual volumes of the procurement may vary based on the Contracting Authority’s needs. This procurement will be carried out using an open procedure. The Finnish Act on Procurements and Concession Contracts of Entities Operating in the Water and Energy Supply, Transport and Postal Services Sector (Act 1398/2016, “Act on Public Contracts in the Utilities Sector”) applies to this procurement.
