Priekšmets public procurement is the processing of project documentation at all levels, including related activities: • carrying out the necessary surveys and processing the design solution including a qualified estimate of investment costs, • processing documentation for the intention to permit including an indicative budget, • processing documentation for construction implementation including an itemised budget, • performing author supervision during construction implementation. The subject of the contract is the design and solution of public infrastructure (public spaces, transport and technical infrastructure) of the Výhon locality in accordance with the regulatory plan and the subsequent project documentation. The aim is to revitalise public spaces with an emphasis on rational, functional and economically efficient solutions.
