Licences, support, maintenance and operation of software for care management (including the corresponding best-practice interfaces with relevant peripheral systems such as, for example, medical applications/Vitomed, DMS, ERP, etc.) for the Dielsdorf Health Centre with approximately 500 employees. Approximately 300 residents are cared for at the Health Centre. Installation On-Prem, optionally hosted by the provider.

Overall responsibility for operation and support, delivery, installation and turnkey commissioning of all components with data transfer from the current system (Lobos). Setup, configuration, parameterisation, introduction, training, data transfer from existing systems to the turnkey solution.
