Mērķis šai pasūtījuma ir izveidot sadarbību ar vienu pasūtījuma izpildītāju, balstoties uz projektu "Rivierenkwartier zuid". Projekts atrodas Rivierenkvartālā un ietver lielapmēru atdzīvināšanu, kuras mērķis ir uzlabot dzīvotnes kvalitāti rajonā. Līguma termiņš ir līdz 18 mēnešiem. Izpildes fāzes sākums ir plānots no 2027. gada februāra un tas jāpabeidz līdz 2028. gada septembrim. Šī pasūtījuma ir valsts pasūtījums ar aptuveni 6.000.000,00 EUR, bez PVN. Minētā summa ir tikai orientējoša, tāpēc no tā nevar izvesties tiesību.
