Lapland Well-being Region is procuring home meal delivery services to be implemented in the Tornio area and meal delivery services to be implemented in the Ranua area. The procurement consists of two sub-areas: 1) Lapland Well-being Region home meal delivery services in the Tornio area and 2) Lapland Well-being Region meal delivery services in the Ranua area. A separate service provider will be selected for each sub-area. The bids submitted by the tenderer may relate to one or both sub-areas, and the tenderer thus has the opportunity to be selected as a service provider for one or both sub-areas. Lapland Well-being Region procures transport services according to its own needs and does not commit to a minimum purchase quantity. The procurement contracts to be concluded do not include a mandatory purchase obligation. The contract period is 24 months for each sub-area and includes the possibility of two (2) 12-month optional contract periods. The service descriptions, delivery points, routes and schedules, transports, transport equipment and requirements related to the tenderer, the grounds for decision-making, and other essential aspects for the implementation of the procurement contracts to be concluded are more specifically stated in this invitation to tender and its annexes.
