Opdrachtgever plāno profesionalizēt un nodrošināt nākotnes izturību publiskās telpas pārvaldīšanai un apkopes (BOR). Šajā kontekstā tiek izsludināts Beheer Managementsysteem (tālāk BMS) konkurs, kas kalpos kā centrāla un integrāla platforma datu, procesu un lēmumu pieņemšanas atbalstam. Šīs konkursa mērķis ir izvēlēties un implementēt BMS, kas palīdzēs sasniegt efektīvāku, caurspīdīgāku un datu balstītu publiskās telpas pārvaldīšanu. Sistēma jāspēj Opdrachtgevera nodrošināt lēmumu pieņemšanu un procesu optimalizāciju balstoties uz aktuāliem, pilnīgiem un uzticamiem datiem. Uzdevums iekļauj: 1. BMS (programmatūra) piegādi; 2. Implementāciju un konfigurāciju; 3. Datu migrāciju (ja piemērojams); 4. Integrāciju/ saistīšanu ar esošajām sistēmām; 5. Lietotāju apmācību; 6. Atbalstu un pārvaldību. Skatīt Aanbestedingsdocument.
