Uzdevuma priekšmets ir Security Information and Event Management System (SIEM) ar iekļautu Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) piegāde internei Security Operations Center (SOC) ražotājam Cisco/Splunk [produkta nosaukums "Splunk Core + Enterprise Security (ES) Premier Edition"]. Uzņēmējs TK par norādīto produktu jāpiešķir licence ar izmantošanas apmēru 1 terabaits/dienā (galvenā licence) un licence ar izmantošanas apmēru 20 GB/dienā (testlicence - Test and Development only) vismaz 36 mēnešus.
