Šis public procurement procedure for the establishment of a Dynamic Procurement System (hereinafter: DPS) in accordance with Sections 106-107 of the Public Procurement Act, the aim of which is to procure the following feed and fodder for Hortobágyi Természetvédelmi és Génmegőrző Nonprofit Kft. in the following categories:

1. part (category): Barley

2. part (category): Corn stover

3. part (category): Meadow hay

4. part (category): Alfalfa hay

5. part (category): Conventional corn grain

6. part (category): BIO corn grain

7. part (category): Sheep feed

8. part (category): Horse feed

9. part (category): Rye

10. part (category): Oats

11. part (category): Horse vitamins and other supplements

12. part (category): Dog food

13. part (category): Lick

The Invitation to Tender, in accordance with Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, reserves the right to determine the possibilities for submitting partial tenders in the Invitation to Tender sent simultaneously with the invitation to tender, regarding the specific procurement needs stated therein – depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific procurements – in the Invitation to Tender.

The Invitation to Tender, in accordance with Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, simultaneously with the sending of the Invitation to Tender(s), provides a precise technical description (quantity, characteristics, etc.) for the specific procurements to be implemented in the DPS.

The Invitation to Tender determines general contractual conditions, which are to be interpreted together with the specific contracts concluded as a result of the procedures according to the Invitations to Tender.
