The deadline by which economic operators have the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is: 21 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. The deadline by which EC will respond to clarification requests: the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders. EC will only respond to clarification requests submitted by economic operators by the set deadline.
