Priekšmets public procurement is the supply of a new solution of the PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) system for Znojmo Hospital and its expansion with new components and the supply of necessary hardware equipment for the operation of the entire solution. This solution will ensure the distribution and controlled secure access to medical imaging documentation from anywhere on the internet and the sharing of image data both within the hospital and with external workers and other specialist institutions in the time needed to provide quality healthcare. The subject of the contract also includes the supply of necessary hardware infrastructure, system software and workstations for the operation of the information system. Furthermore, the provision of support services is also part of the subject of the contract. The detailed specification of the subject of the public procurement, including the technical conditions in detail necessary for the processing of the tender, is given in the annexes of the tender documentation. Annex No. 4 of the tender documentation (containing specific data of selected departments) contains confidential information. The contracting authority will provide the relevant part of the tender documentation to the suppliers in accordance with § 36 (8) of the Public Procurement Act in conjunction with § 96 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, only upon request and against the submission of a signed confidentiality agreement (hereinafter referred to as "NDA").
