Pilsētas savienotās tramvaju piegāde, vienvirziena, ar vienu vadības kabīni, aprīkotas ar trim riteņpāriem, ņemot vērā atļauto asu slodzi. 100% pasažieru vagona garuma jābūt zemam ar brīvu pieeju bez kāpnēm visām pasažieru durvīm no pieturas platformas. Sekciju skaits: ne vairāk kā trīs. Tramvajam jābūt šādām ārējām izmēriem: garums: 26,000 mm līdz 27,000 mm; platums: nomināls 2,500 mm; augstums: maksimāls 3,500 mm (3,700 mm ar strāvas pantogrāfu leju pozīcijā); minimālais līkuma rādiuss: 20 metri galvenajā līnijā (maksimālā ātrums 10 km/h); minimālais standarta līkuma rādiuss: 18 metri depo; riteņu bāze: 1,800 mm – 1,900 mm; attālums no sliežu ass līdz pasažieru platformas malai, kas atrodas tiešā līnijā, ir 1,350 mm. Pasažieru kopskaits: 250 (± 10%) ar 8 pasažieriem/m² (slodze AW3); sēdvietu skaits: ne mazāk kā 60 ± 10%; invalidu vietu skaits: vismaz 1.
