Priekšmets public procurement is the completion of the new pavilion of the Central Admission of the Regional Hospital Stod. The new pavilion is designed as a two-storey building. The basement floor houses the base of the Health Rescue Service of the Plzeň Region and the technical background of the Hospital. On the roof of the pavilion, in the recessed form II.NP, the engine room VZT and air conditioning are located. The mass of the new pavilion connects to the existing entrance part of the hospital. The pavilion is based on large-diameter piles, on which a reinforced concrete skeleton will be realised, consisting mainly of columns with flat heads, supplemented by stiffening wall elements and the vertical elevator and staircase tower. The vertical bearing structures and the enclosing shell of the building will also be realised from reinforced concrete. The facade shell of the new pavilion is designed with thermal insulation and a noble mineral plaster, the entire system in the execution of the assembly and details and connection in the quality of ETICS. The roof shell will be formed by an assembly on a bearing reinforced concrete ceiling slab, consisting of a vapour barrier, a thermally insulating layer and a hydro-insulating roof foil. The internal layout will be realised predominantly from mounted dividing partitions made of plasterboard. All rooms will be equipped with suspended ceilings. The window infills in the new part of the building will be made from aluminium profiles glazed with triple glazing, fitted with interior blinds.
