IDA Ireland atbalsta atbilstošo klientu ilgtspējīgu investīciju programmā Green Capital. Kā daļa no IDA Ireland investīciju apstiprināšanas procesa Green Capital projektiem, nepieciešama neatkarīga tehniskā novērtējuma, lai pārskatītu katra projekta tehnisko pamatu un apstiprinātu vai pārmērītu tā gaidāmo vides ietekmi. Līdz šim tehniskie novērtējumi ir veikti dažādiem novērtētājiem. Pateicoties tam, ka Green Capital investīciju apjoms un daudzveidība palielinās, IDA Ireland vajag konsistentāku un skalējošāku rāmis, lai atbalstītu šos tehniskos pārskatus. IDA Ireland vēlas apstiprināt vienu pakalpojumu sniedzēju, kuram ir spējas pārvaldīt un nodrošināt visas IDA Green Capital Tehniskās Novērtējuma pakalpojumus, kas ir ietverti šajā RFT. Tie aptver priekšinvestīciju tehniskos novērtējumus un pēcinvestīciju Mērīšanas un Apstiprināšanas (M un V) novērtējumus.
