Priekšmets public procurement is the contractual supply of arresters and resistors with selected supplier for planned investment actions, planned repairs and ensuring the elimination of emergency conditions in the supply of arresters and resistors VN for safe and reliable operation of the distribution system for the period 10/2027–10/2033. In view of the scope of the contract, which is an over-limit contract, the procedure will be carried out in accordance with the law no. 134/2016 Sb., on public procurement, in its current version. The contract is divided into 3 parts in the sense of § 35 ZZVZ: Part 1. - supply of 22kV arresters incl. the relevant secondary resistor Part 2. - supply of 35kV arresters incl. the relevant secondary resistor Part 3. - supply of node resistors Further information is provided in the tender documentation published in NEN.
