Priekšmets public procurement contracts is the supply of 15 units of BEMU rail vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "vehicles") fully operational on railway tracks with a gauge of 1 435 mm on the territory of the Czech Republic, including all permits, approvals, consents and registrations that are valid according to the legislation on the date of delivery of the respective vehicle to the contracting authority, necessary for the operation and use of the supplied vehicles, and which will allow the contracting authority to operate and use the vehicles properly and without restrictions on the territory of the Czech Republic. Part of the subject of the contract is also the delivery of technical documentation related to the vehicles. For more details, see the tender documentation.
