Priekšmets public procurement contracts published in the established DNS will predominantly be general construction works related to the preparation and implementation of the construction parts of the OZE and BESS projects, particularly preparatory, earthworks, excavation and land works, rough land improvements, covering of land, possible reclamation/gardening/vegetation improvements, construction works for technical infrastructure (e.g., trenches for cabling), establishment, improvement and restoration of hardened surfaces, communications, base surfaces and structures and similar construction elements, installation of fences, gates and related construction elements, finishing and ancillary works including waste management, carrying out necessary tests and submitting related documentation. The contracting authority introduces DNS for tasks that are repeatedly procured, of a general nature and generally available on the market, with the specific scope being defined in the specific Invitation to Tender (e.g., a list of quantities/item list of works or technical description, etc.). DNS will be divided into categories in accordance with § 138 (1) ZZVZ, as follows: a) Category I. – OZE with installed capacity up to 30 MWp inclusive; b) Category II. – OZE with installed capacity over 30 MWp. The supplier is entitled to submit an Application to participate in any Category of DNS or a combination of Categories of DNS.
