Mērķis ir noslēgt jaunu valsts kopīgo līgumu par patēriņa preču iegādi. Šī iegāde aptver līgumdošanas iestādes vajadzību pēc patēriņa preču, tai skaitā biroja aprīkojumu, tīrīšanas un tualetes preces un kantīnes preces. Papildus līgums ir paredzēts datoru aprīkojuma iegādei, kas ierobežots ergonomiskajiem produktiem. Konkrētu līgumdošanas iestāžu pārskats, kas saistīts ar šo konkurenci, ir Pielikums 11: Šajā līgumā iekļautās līgumdošanas iestādes. Pamatojoties uz pašreizējā līguma datiem un ziņām no līgumdošanas iestādēm, tiek prognozēts, ka kopējais apgrozījums līgumam ar 3% korekciju būs aptuveni NOK 220-250 miljoni gadā. Šī iegādei ir augstākā robeža NOK 1,4 miljardi visā līguma laikā, ieskaitot iespēju pagarināt.
