**SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT:** The subject of the contract is the management and monitoring of aquatic environments, including the assessment of the ecological status of water bodies, the implementation of measures to improve water quality and the monitoring of the effectiveness of these measures. The contract also includes the development of a digital platform for data collection, analysis and reporting.

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who demonstrates the best value for money, taking into account the following criteria:

c) Experience and qualifications: 20 %

d) Price: 20 %

**DURATION OF THE CONTRACT:** 12 months

Lot 2: Management and monitoring of aquatic environments in marine and coastal areas

**CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION:** Participants must be established in an EU Member State or in a country that is a signatory to the European Economic Area (EEA) Agreement and must have the necessary qualifications and experience to carry out the contract.
