Šis public procurement procedure, the Inviting Authority wishes to procure, through supply contracts, the replacement and supplementation of the tools used at its sites, which are essential for the continuous and safe operation of water treatment plants, as follows: 1. Part: Procurement of screw compressors 2. Part: Procurement of pumps, mixers 3. Part: Procurement of mobile piston compressors The successful tenderer(s) task: - in the 1. Part: delivery of the equipment, performance of the preparatory work necessary for the procurement, installation and commissioning of the equipment, conduct of test operation, training of the operating personnel, - in the 2. Part: delivery of the equipment, - in the 3. Part: delivery and commissioning of the equipment. The detailed technical parameters and other conditions are contained in the technical description, Price List and draft contract forming part of the public procurement documents. The successful tenderer in all three tender parts may only supply a new, unused, flawless and undamaged tool that meets the technical requirements specified in the technical description. The offered tool must comply with Hungarian and EU international standards, regulations and safety technical requirements. The successful tenderer in all three tender parts, for each tool, is obliged to provide the Inviting Authority with the following documents free of charge upon completion: - technical documentation in Hungarian, - operating and maintenance instructions in Hungarian (in printed and electronic form), - instructions related to servicing, with the name(s) of the servicing. The successful tenderer in all three tender parts, for each tool, must undertake to provide at least 12 months of full, unrestricted, manufacturer's warranty and guarantee rights for the supplied tool(s) without any restrictions or conditions. The Inviting Authority will evaluate any warranty period offered in excess of the minimum specified period in the public procurement documents for a maximum of a further 12 months. The Inviting Authority draws attention to the fact that the warranty prescribed in this procedure relates to proper use (operational use) and is not identical to the manufacturer's warranty. With regard to the provisions of Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.), the Inviting Authority draws attention to the fact that, if the unambiguous and generally understandable definition of the subject of the public procurement has made it necessary to refer to a specific brand, origin, type of thing, process, activity, person, patent or trademark, the designation has only been made in the interest of unambiguously defining the nature of the subject, and the phrase "or equivalent" must be understood in every case alongside the designation. The Inviting Authority also accepts equivalent tenders, with the proviso that, in case of doubt, the tenderer must prove the equivalence.
