Necessary are services in the field of development and maintenance of applications, particularly web applications and mobile applications. The development is mainly in the reference architectures of the StMELF (currently predominantly Racy10, based on the programming language Java and the frameworks Apache Wicket, Spring and JPA, as well as Racy25, based on the programming languages Java and TypeScript and the frameworks Angular, Spring and JPA). The service also includes the maintenance and further development of the reference architectures. Currently, there are applications in both the Racy10 and Racy25 architectures, with the latter being the standard architecture for new developments. The departments P5 and CIO2 of the StMELF, responsible for development, as well as the unit IuK4 of the FüAk are part of the EU payment office of the Free State of Bavaria and, according to EU Regulation No. 885/2006, certification of IT security according to ISO 27001 on the basis of IT-Grundschutz of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) in the respective current version is mandatory for the information systems of the payment office.
