**Subject:** Delivery, installation, commissioning, staff training and warranty service of intensive care electric hospital beds, electric hospital beds, wall-mounted cabinets and transporters with X-ray transparent structure.

The public procurement is divided into four lots:

**Lot No. 1** - Delivery, installation, commissioning, staff training and warranty service of intensive care electric hospital beds, necessary for the activity of UMHAT "Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich" AD

**Lot No. 2** - Delivery, installation, commissioning, staff training and warranty service of electric hospital beds, necessary for the activity of UMHAT "Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich" AD

**Lot No. 3** - Delivery, installation and warranty service of wall-mounted cabinets, necessary for the activity of UMHAT "Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich" AD

**Lot No. 4** - Delivery, installation, commissioning, staff training and warranty service of transporters with X-ray transparent structure, necessary for the activity of UMHAT "Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich" AD

The subject of the contract includes the following main and ancillary activities, related to each lot, necessary in connection with the execution:

Delivery;

Installation

Commissioning.

Staff training;

Warranty service;

The full description of the requirements of the contracting authority is indicated in the Technical Specification to the present documentation for the public procurement. The deadline for the execution of the contract: Delivery is made after receipt by the Contractor of an order letter from the Contracting Authority, with the maximum delivery period not being longer than 70 calendar days, and if necessary, the medical devices and/or equipment may be left in safekeeping until the preparation of the premises in which they will be installed and commissioned. The place of performance of the contract is the seat of the company: Stara Zagora, ul. "General Stolenov" No. 2. The estimated total value of the contract is 76,203.76 euros excluding VAT. The estimated value of Lot No. 1 is 15,225.00 euros excluding VAT. The estimated value of Lot No. 2 is 38,760.00 euros excluding VAT. The estimated value of Lot No. 3 is 8,114.59 euros excluding VAT. The estimated value of Lot No. 4 is 14,104.17 euros excluding VAT. The announced estimated value of the contract and of the individual lots is the maximum financial threshold set by the contracting authority. The method of payment is as indicated in the Contract Project. The contracting authority does not provide for advance payment. Direct payments with subcontractor: When the part of the contract, which is executed by a subcontractor, can be transferred as a separate object to the Contractor or to the Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority pays the remuneration for that part directly to the subcontractor. Payments are made on the basis of a claim submitted by the subcontractor to the Contracting Authority through the Contractor, who is obliged to provide it to the Contracting Authority within 15 days of receipt. With the claim, the Contractor provides a position from which it is evident whether he disputes the payments or part of them as undue. The Contracting Authority has the right to refuse payment when the payment claim is disputed, until the reason for the refusal is removed. Each of the items and equipment must be factory new, not recycled and not a sample, including for demonstration purposes; to be delivered in original packaging with unbroken integrity and to include all elements, components and accessories necessary for its proper operation and everything else, with which the participant has declared that the offered is equipped, as well as a user manual in Bulgarian. The offered medical devices/equipment must meet the minimum requirements of the contracting authority's technical specification or have better parameters. The same must be delivered in packaging with unbroken integrity and must have a CE marking applied, as well as be delivered with all the required documents, including a manual in Bulgarian. The Contractor must deliver all the elements, detailed in the technical specification, as well as other such (if applicable), provided by the manufacturer. The Contractor must install and commission the medical devices/equipment, as well as train the medical specialists of the contracting authority to work with each of them. Warranty period: The warranty period of each of the delivered items must be not less than 24 months, counted from the date of commissioning. Execution of deliveries: Delivery is made upon readiness on the part of the Contracting Authority - with the sending of an order letter under the conditions of the public procurement contract. The training of the staff for working with the delivered items will be carried out at the place of delivery, specified specifically in the application for the conduct of the training. When, for objective reasons, a change in the technical parameter has occurred between the date of submission of the offer and the date of delivery, on the basis of Art. 116, para. 1, item 1 of the PPA, the parties may conclude an additional agreement for amendment of the contract, but only if the new parameters qualitatively exceed the already proposed and this does not lead to a change in the proposed price. The contracting authority allows a change in the offered delivery period, only when the contractor proves that for objective reasons, beyond his will and care of good management, delivery within the initially determined period is impossible. CONTRACT PERIOD – the maximum period of the contract is 39 months, of which: - a 12-month period from the conclusion of the contract, within which the Contracting Authority may declare quantities up to the maximum, provided for in the Technical Specification - a 24-month warranty period for each of the items from the date of installation and commissioning - the envisaged period for delivery, installation and commissioning of each of the items.
