3. **Contract Management:** Offering ongoing support in the management of contracts, including monitoring compliance, handling amendments, and providing advice on contract-related issues.

4. **Risk Assessment and Mitigation:** Conducting risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.

5. **Compliance and Reporting:** Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, and preparing reports on contract performance and other related matters.

**Contract Value:**

The estimated value of the contract is EUR 500,000.

**Eligibility Criteria:**

Bidders must meet the following eligibility criteria:

1. **Professional Qualifications:** Bidders must have relevant professional qualifications and experience in contract management and related fields.

2. **Technical Capabilities:** Bidders must demonstrate the technical capabilities to provide the required services, including the use of relevant software and tools.
