The present contract concerns the maintenance of passenger shelters and the installation of institutional advertising. The works are divided into two main lots:

Lot 1: Maintenance of passenger shelters

The works include the maintenance of 50 passenger shelters located along the railway lines. The maintenance tasks include:

- Cleaning and painting of the shelters

- Repair of any damage to the structures

- Replacement of broken or damaged parts

- Installation of new signage and information panels

Lot 2: Installation of institutional advertising

The works include the installation of institutional advertising in 30 strategic locations along the railway lines. The advertising tasks include:

- Design and production of advertising materials

- Installation of advertising structures

- Maintenance of advertising structures for a period of 24 months

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who offers the most economically advantageous tender in terms of cost and quality. The contract will have a duration of 36 months from the date of signature.

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 15 January 2024, at 12:00 noon.
