Egedal Municipality is offering the supply, installation, commissioning and subsequent service and maintenance of cold storage systems for the municipality's care centres. The tender includes a complete emergency call solution, including equipment, software, integrations, training, warranty, support, service and software updates. The following care centres are included in the tender:

Egeparken Care Centre

Damgårdsparken Care Centre

Porsebakken Care Centre

The supply includes the replacement of existing cold storage systems and the establishment of a complete, operational solution at the included locations. The tender also includes options regarding additional equipment, system extensions, additional licences, integrations, training services and other services, which are more closely described in the tender material.

Region Hovedstaden (future Region Østdanmark) is given the opportunity to utilise an option regarding Døgnpladserne on the terms that appear from the tender material. Any utilisation of this option takes place according to the region's own choice and is not included in Egedal Municipality's guaranteed purchase obligation.
