The Health Service Executive (HSE) West is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Employer Representative (ER) services for Non-Acute Healthcare Capital Works projects with a value ranging from €1M to €15M (exclusive of VAT).

The framework agreement will facilitate the appointment of suitably qualified and experienced ERs to oversee the delivery of capital works projects within the Non-Acute Healthcare sector. The ER will act on behalf of the HSE to manage and coordinate the design, procurement, and construction phases of the projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

The framework agreement will have a duration of 4 years, with the possibility of extension for a further 12 months. The HSE reserves the right to award contracts to one or more suppliers under this framework agreement.
