The contract concerns the provision of public maritime transport services for the public maritime line 614 Orebić - Korčula and return. The contract includes the provision of a ferry service with a capacity of at least 400 passengers and 100 cars, with a frequency of at least 6 round trips per day, 365 days a year. The contract also includes the maintenance of the ferry and the provision of crew members.

The economic operator must be registered in the Commercial Register of Malta and must have a valid licence to operate maritime transport services.

The economic operator must submit a declaration on their honour stating that they have not been declared bankrupt or insolvent, and that they have not been subject to any criminal proceedings related to their professional activity.

III.1.3) Technical and professional ability

The economic operator must submit a declaration on their honour stating that they have the necessary technical and professional skills to provide the required services, and that they have the necessary equipment and personnel to carry out the contract.
