Il-Polonja – Servizzi ta' ġbir ta' l-iskart – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z terenu Gminy Głuchołazy

TED Notice Subject: Subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of: 1) collection and disposal of municipal waste from the territory of the Gmina Głuchołazy originating from residential properties and from properties where residents do not live, but municipal waste is generated, 2) equipping the aforementioned properties with containers/bins or/and bags for collecting municipal waste, 3) creating, organizing and managing a Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste (referred to as PSZOK) and disposal of municipal waste collected from the residents of the Gmina Głuchołazy within the framework of PSZOK, 4) equipping the Customer Service Point (POK), located in the Municipal Office in Głuchołazy with necessary bags for collecting waste and coloured leaflets with a waste collection schedule. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex no. 1 to SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ). In the OPZ, the Purchaser indicated the estimated amount of municipal waste that may arise during one year of the contract. The estimated amount of municipal waste that may arise and be collected from the territory of the Gmina Głuchołazy was calculated on the basis of the amount of municipal waste collected in the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025, taking into account the projected growth. This estimate is only indicative. The contractor will not be entitled to any claim in the event of a smaller amount of municipal waste collected than assumed in the estimate. The final amount of waste is not dependent on the Purchaser's forecasts. The Purchaser envisages a minimum realization of the service of at least 70% of the estimated amount of municipal waste.
