Background and purpose The main objective of the procurement is to establish a self-recovery system that ensures correct and effective collection of municipal requirements in accordance with the current law and regulations. The procurement includes establishment, operation and maintenance of self-improvement services. The contracting authority for the competition is ICT Agder IKS with 6 of the municipalities in the cooperation; Arendal municipality, Gjerstad municipality, Grimstad municipality, Risør municipality, Tvedestrand municipality, Vennesla municipality. As well as Agder County. The following municipalities may join the contract at a later date (options); Birkenes municipality, Bygland municipality, Bykle municipality, Evje and Hornes municipalities, Froland municipality, Iveland municipality, Lillesand municipality, Valle municipality, Vegårshei municipality, Åmli municipality. This competition is mainly designed outside hyyr. If there is a discrepancy between Hyyr ́s tender documentation and the attached documents, the latter is applicable.
