1. **OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT** is the successive delivery of reagents along with the lease of analyzers for biochemical-immunochemical and hematological tests. 2. The object of the contract is described in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ (product price list), in which the quantity of the object of the contract is given, and in Annex 3.1 – 3.2. to the SWZ (Summary of required quality-technical parameters), in which the object of the contract is described. 3. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers. The object of the contract has been divided into parts (packages). 4. The contracting authority allows an offer to be submitted for one, several or all parts. 5. The object of the contract will be delivered at the cost, risk and transport of the contractor. 6. The conditions for the implementation of the object of the contract are also included in the Draft Contract Terms, which are Annex 6 to the SWZ. 7. The minimum guaranteed level of contract values, to which the contracting authority will commit (minimum guaranteed level of contract value utilization), is determined in the Draft Contract Terms, which are Annex 6 to the SWZ. 8. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of variant offers. 9. The contracting authority allows the use of the right of option. A detailed description and the scope of the right of option is determined in the Draft Contract Terms, which are Annex 6 to the SWZ.
