Írország – IT-szolgáltatások: tanácsadás, szoftverfejlesztés, internet és támogatás – Provision of Service Design and Strategic Design support for the development of a Common Application System (CAS) for school admissions for the Department of Education and Youth

The Minister for Education and Youth invites tenders to this request for tenders from economic operators for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT. In summary, the Services comprise: The Contracting Authority seeks specialist service and strategic design support over a 12 month period to advance priority transformation initiatives, including the Common Application System for school admissions and the Department’s 90 per cent digital target under Better Public Services 2030. Two Service Designers will be embedded within cross-functional project teams to lead research, journey mapping, prototyping and future-state service design across these initiatives. The designers will operate as part of the Department’s expanding Service Design practice within the PMO, led by a Service Design Lead at Assistant Principal level. The role requires both hands-on delivery and capability uplift, ensuring design methods and artefacts become embedded within ongoing transformation programme.
