De CRU bereidt een Strategisch Plan op een driejaarlijkse cyclus voor en ontwikkelt jaarlijkse Werkplannen om de levering van zijn prioriteiten, doelstellingen en resultaten te ondersteunen. Voortgang wordt kwartaal gekend door Werkplanbeoordelingsrapporten en maandelijks door Focus Area Reports voor geselecteerde hoogprioritaire programma's, projecten en organisatorische focusgebieden. De toepassing zal de volledige planningcyclus ondersteunen, van de prioriteiten, doelstellingen en resultaten van het Strategisch Plan tot het registreren van jaarlijkse Werkplanuitvoeringen, prioriteiten en statusupdates om kwartaalrapportage en prestatiemonitoring te informeren. Het zal worden gebruikt door het Senior Leadership Team, managers en teams - momenteel geschat op ongeveer 100 gebruikers met bewerkingsrechten.
